Angel Hair Pasta with Lemon, garlic, and chicken

8 oz. tomato and basil angel hair pasta (DeBoles brand in the health food aisle)
oil, olive or canola
2 diced chicken breasts
2 tsp minced garlic
1 c. dry white wine or cooking sherry
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 diced medium tomatoes
1/2 c. dried or chopped fresh basil
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
black pepper

Cook pasta.
Cook chicken with a little oil. When the chicken is starting to get golden, add the garlic. Saute the garlic until it is soft and the chicken is golden. Add the wine and cook until the wine is reduced by half.
Mix in the lemon juice, basil and tomato. Cook for 30 seconds on low heat. Remove from heat and add to the pasta. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and season with black pepper. Mix well and serve.
