Bruschetta-Style Thin Spaghetti

Cook 1 box whole wheat thin spaghetti
Heat a large saute pan on medium high heat with 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Saute 2 tbsp. minced garlic until golden.
Add 3 c. fresh or canned diced tomatoes, 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, shredded parmesan cheese, black pepper, and salt.
Heat until warm (about :02).
Combine the pasta and tomato mixture.
Heat until warm (about :02).

This recipe was on a Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti box.
