Spaghetti and Cheese

Preheat oven to 350*.
Cook and drain 8 oz. whole wheat noodles.
Place in a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with 3/4 c. grated cheese.
Combine and beat together:
1/2 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper.
Pour over spaghetti and cheese.
Bake :25. Cover the first :15, then uncover to brown.
Garnish with parsley. Serve with broiled tomato halves or fresh sliced tomatoes sprinkled with herbs.
I cooked this on the stove and added 'Mom's Meatballs' to the mix. It was really good!
