tomato, meat, STUFF, with pasta

1. Make some macaroni and cheese. I like Back to Nature's white cheddar and spirals organic macaroni and cheese. Annie's is really good too! Whisk the cheese and milk separately while the butter is melting so the sauce isn't clumpy.

2. Make a batch of seasoned ground turkey but add 2 or so more tsp.'s minced garlic. When the meat is cooked stir in a can of diced tomatoes (16 oz). Add a cup or so of shredded cheddar cheese and heat it up.

When the macaroni and cheese is done, add about half of the meat tomato mixture to the macaroni. Add about 1/2 tsp. or so of dried basil.

This is something that I used to make when eating alone. Mark had it for the first time and really liked it.
