Seasoned Ground Turkey

Mix together thoroughly and brown in skillet:

1 lb. ground turkey

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1/8 tsp. thyme leaves

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. sage

1 Tbsp. worcestershire or soy sauce

2 Tbsp. catsup or tomato sauce

To save time and effort I like to store 2 Tbsp. each of the herbs in a tightly covered jar with the amount of catsup and soy sauce written on the label.
