Carribean Rice and Beans burrito filler

Soak and cook 2 c. kidney beans.

Drain beans.

Heat in large covered skillet or pot:

2 Tbsp. oil or margarine


1 clove garlic, crushed

2 green onions, chopped

1 large tomato, chopped

1 T. lemon juice

1/8 tsp. ground cloves

1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

1/4 tsp. pepper

drained beans

Saute for :05


2 cups cooked rice
